 Features  Modular type heat exchanger (coil-shaped immersion type heat exchanger) is composed of tubes which have outside diameter of 6.35mm or 9.52mm fitted to spacer in spiral form. (circular, oval, or round) The major difference from honey-comb tube sheet Heat Exchanger is that each tube is connected to header with connectors, and service fluid goes through inside the tube to heat-up/cool-down the liquid in the tank where heat exchanger is immersed. As the enough wall thickness of heat transfer tube allows highly pressured fluid to go through the service side, it is mainly used for the application of liquid containing slurry or strong counter flow, namely pickling line, plating line or agitators and electrolytic bath. Its flexible feature allows designing and fabricating freely to meet the customer's requirements. Applications Steel and metal pickling of secondary process / Heater and cooler of plating, etching, pretreatment, electrolytic lapping (i.e. semiconductor, printed circuit board, automobile, weak electronics or airplanes) / Chemical milling liquid and electrolytic bath / Agitators in chemical and metal smelting Specifications Tube material: G-Tube, Teflon®PFA Tube diameter (Wall Thickness): 6.35mm (0.64mm), 9.52mm (0.95mm) Heat transfer area: 0.16m2 or 0.255m2 per unit (6.35 mm-tube) 0.41m2 or 0.91m2 per unit (9.53 mm-tube) Maximum allowable temperature : 204℃.
