Plastic Heat Exchanger

Plastic Heat Exchanger is the most excellent heat exchanger made from heat-resisting Polyethylene(HTPE) and PVDF (Polyvinyl Di-fluoride) and polypropylene(PP). Plastic Heat Exchangers have been used in various fields in various industries.

Applications


Tube Plate type (external circulation type)
Immersion type
Used as heater and cooler for high-purity corrosive liquid at chemical, non-ferrous metal refining, electron, and surface-plating industry.
* As Tube Plate Heat Exchanger is made from the same material, it is possible to flow corrosive liquid into both sides (Tube side/ Casing side).

Gas/Liquid type
Used as thermal collector for acid waste gas before neutralization, secondary cooler for incinerator gas, and heater/cooler/thermal collector for corrosive gas.
* Able to install washing spray and Mist Eliminator (attachment) for dirty application.
